About the menu

Osteria Al Casareccio offers an authentic Italian dining experience nestled in the heart of Palermo at Via Maccherronai. The menu highlights the rich flavors of Sicilian cuisine, featuring standout dishes like pasta con nero di seppia, polpetta di sarde, and the perfectly cooked cotoletta di pollo. Seafood lovers will delight in the fresh Mussels with pepper sauce and the vibrant Scoglio pasta, brimming with clams, squid, mussels, and prawns. Traditional Sicilian pizza and gnocchi round out the hearty offerings, all served in generous portions that capture Italy's passion for food.

The warm hospitality and attentive service elevates the experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere whether dining inside or on the outdoor terrace. The addition of a perfectly balanced Aperol spritz complements the meal beautifully. For a genuine taste of Palermo’s culinary charm, Osteria Al Casareccio delivers both quality and comfort with every dish.

from a recent review —
Probably not our first choice to dine in Palermo but when the children get hungry, that’s definitely a place where you’ll feel welcomed. Pasta con nero di seppia, polpetta di sarde and cotoletta di pollo were all good but the Aperol spritz was perfect. And the free WiFi also produces miracles when you need it
